We have gained hard earned experience spanning nearly three decades, growing our contact network across the UK and abroad. Learning from every project and refining our processes in order to double down on our investment efficiency.

We are known to be a safe pair of hands for both our investors and the agents and brokers that bring us a variety of on and off market opportunties on a consistent basis.

Some sites we will purchase, obtain planning then sell for a profit, some we develop to sell and the others we will develop to hold - often for supported living purposes, which offer 5-25 year fully repairing and insuring contracts. This means our clients can benefit from returns of at least 9% net in the form of truly passive income.

Our Sports and Leisure arm, specialises in identifying and securing property in the Greater London area, that can be used for activities that bring communities together. Our current focus is on Padel, Hyrox and Pilates - merging these communities together and creating destinations for these communities to enjoy and thrive in.

Our International arm is active in securing Hotels or land with planning for a Hotel, in unique locations. These are then developed into cutting edge wellness establishments, that deliver lasting physical and mental health change to our clients.
